The Drughub darknet infrastructure is robust, but like all Tor hidden services, it faces downtime due to DDoS attacks or server maintenance. If the main drughub onion link fails:

• Check your Tor connection (visit another onion site).
• Try a "Rotating Mirror" from our Links Page.
• Disable JavaScript and try again.

If the site is "Unreachable," simply wait 1 hour and retry. Do not panic.

This is a common browser configuration issue. The Drughub login page uses a visual captcha that requires partial script execution or specific canvas rendering.

Fix: Go to Tor Browser settings -> Privacy & Security -> Security Level. Set it to Standard or Safer. Do NOT use "Safest" as it breaks the image rendering. Also, ensure your browser window is not maximized (to prevent fingerprinting blocks).

Phishing is the #1 threat. To verify a drughub url:

1. Copy the URL you are on.
2. Find the market's PGP key (on Guide).
3. Verify the PGP signature on the login page. The signature MUST match the URL in your address bar.

If the URL in the signed message is different from the one in your browser, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. It is a phishing site.

On the Drughub market, security is absolute. If you lose your password, you might recover it using your mnemonic phrase (if provided during signup). However, if you lose your PGP Private Key used for 2FA, your account is lost forever.

Admins cannot reset PGP keys because they do not have your private key. This is a security feature, not a bug. Always backup your keys.

Auto-bans occur for suspicious activity, such as:

• Spamming messages to vendors.
• Attempting "FE" (Finalize Early) scams.
• Phishing links in profile.

If you believe this is an error, create a new ticket on the drughub shop support using a fresh account.

Drughub Monero deposits require 10 network confirmations to be credited to your wallet balance. On average, a new block is found every 2 minutes. Therefore, expect a wait time of 20 to 40 minutes.

Do not open a support ticket until at least 60 minutes have passed. Ensure you sent XMR to the integrated address provided in the "Wallet" tab.

Yes, but it is not recommended for privacy. Bitcoin transactions are traceable. If you use BTC, the drughub market system will require 2 confirmations (approx 20-60 mins). We strongly advise using a CoinJoin or Mixer before depositing BTC.

FE means releasing funds to the vendor before you receive the product. Never FE unless you trust the vendor 100%. If you FE and the package never arrives, the drughub admin cannot help you, as the money is already gone.
